By using Tramonto: For Sunset Lovers you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for access to your account and for what you post.
What you can post
Only post photos and text of your own, taken by you at sunset. Photos are taken with the app's camera: they cannot be uploaded from the gallery.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, free, non-exclusive licence to store it, process it (for example resize it) and show it to the users you chose through the moment's visibility (only you, friends, everyone). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Prohibited content: zero tolerance
You may not post or send: illegal content; nudity or sexual content; violence or threats; hate, discrimination or harassment; content showing people without their consent; spam or advertising; content that infringes the rights of others.
You may not impersonate another person, fake the location or time of a capture to obtain the Live and Gold tiers, or use the app in an automated way or to get around its limits.
Reports, blocks and moderation
Anyone can report a moment or a comment and block a user. Content reported by several people is hidden pending review. We review reports and normally act within 24 hours.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without notice in serious cases.
Official accounts
Accounts labelled "Official" are run by Tramonto and post freely licensed photographs with the author credited. They are not real people.
Location and notifications
The app uses approximate location to compute the sunset and verify moments. Times are calculated and may differ by a minute or two from the real ones. Notifications depend on your phone's system and we do not guarantee they arrive precisely.
Service and liability
The app is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account: your data is erased as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; for important changes we will tell you in the app. By continuing to use the app you accept the updated terms.

Cosa puoi pubblicare
Pubblica solo foto e testi tuoi, scattati da te al tramonto. Le foto si scattano con la fotocamera dell'app: non si caricano dalla galleria.
Mantieni la proprietà dei tuoi contenuti. Ci concedi una licenza limitata, gratuita e non esclusiva per conservarli, elaborarli (ad esempio ridimensionarli) e mostrarli agli utenti che hai scelto tramite la visibilità del momento (solo tu, amici, tutti). La licenza termina quando elimini il contenuto o l'account.
Contenuti vietati: tolleranza zero
Non puoi pubblicare né inviare: contenuti illegali; nudità o contenuti sessuali; violenza o minacce; odio, discriminazione o molestie; contenuti che mostrano persone senza il loro consenso; spam o pubblicità; contenuti che violano diritti di terzi.
Non puoi spacciarti per un'altra persona, falsificare posizione o orario dello scatto per ottenere i livelli Live e Gold, né usare l'app in modo automatizzato o per aggirare i limiti.
Segnalazioni, blocchi e moderazione
Chiunque può segnalare un momento o un commento e bloccare un utente. Un contenuto segnalato da più persone viene nascosto in attesa di revisione. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni e agiamo di norma entro 24 ore.
Possiamo rimuovere contenuti e sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano questi termini, senza preavviso nei casi gravi.
Account ufficiali
Gli account contrassegnati "Ufficiale" sono gestiti da Tramonto e pubblicano fotografie con licenza libera, con l'autore citato. Non sono persone reali.
Posizione e notifiche
L'app usa la posizione approssimativa per calcolare il tramonto e verificare i momenti. Gli orari sono calcolati e possono differire di un minuto o due da quelli reali. Le notifiche dipendono dal sistema del tuo telefono e non garantiamo che arrivino con precisione.
Servizio e responsabilità
L'app è offerta così com'è, senza garanzia di disponibilità continua o assenza di errori. Nei limiti di legge, non siamo responsabili di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso dell'app. Niente in questi termini limita i diritti che la legge ti riconosce come consumatore.
Chiudere l'account
Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Elimina account: i tuoi dati vengono cancellati come descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy.
Modifiche e contatti
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini; se le modifiche sono importanti ti avviseremo nell'app. Continuando a usare l'app accetti i termini aggiornati.
